According to Southtownstar.com, police arrested this creep when an off-duty Chicago police officer saw the poor puppy being dragged behind Chambers’ car.

Chambers´excuse? He was "mad" at his pup! and that´s why he decided to tie the dog to the back of his car to punish it.

"This is disturbing, especially by a person of this age," the police officer said.

Chambers was charged with a mere misdemeanor! He should be doing hard time as far as I´m concerned!

This pillar of society also resisted arrest and battery because he punched the off-duty officer in the chest, Gainer said.
