According to Socialitelife.com, Megan Fox and boyfriend Brian Austin Green are staying together for a very special, furry reason: their dog!



The Transformers star and the Terminator hunk have been together, off and on again, for ages now and are reportedly living together.

They seemed very together holding hands when they went to pick up their pooch from the hospital.
Doggie had been suffering from a pneumonia, but he’s ok again!
